The TÜV SÜD Certification exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. You are permitted to have both ISO 31000 and ISO 31010 available for reference during the exam. Because of this provision, you will not always see questions and answers worded in the same language as the standard. To determine the correct answer for such questions, you must have a strong understanding of the standard and the concepts presented. Sometimes, these questions are particularly difficult to answer.
We certainly expect our trainees to pass the exam on their first try after engaging in our nine-hour course. Nevertheless, all registrants are entitled to sit for one additional re-exam at no additional cost. The questions on the re-exam will not all be identical to those on the first exam you participated in.
While we do not guarantee that the exam can be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate requests that are submitted 48 hours in advance of the new exam date. If you miss your scheduled exam (link will be live for 4 hours), you will no longer be able to reschedule that exam.
The exam can be scheduled within 180 days of purchase. You can request a courtesy extension if necessary by emailing [email protected] within 180 of purchase.
