🔹 You will receive your self-study guide (for your use only) within 24 hours of purchasing the course. 

EXAM INFORMATION:

🔹 Duration of the written exam is 120 minutes.

🔹 This is an open book exam (use of ISO standard copy is permitted).

🔹 Exam consists of 3 sections (A/B/C):

• Section A: 40 marks - Multiple choice questions 
• Section B: 20 marks - Definitions and brief answers
• Section C: 10 marks - Case study

🔹 This an online exam that can be scheduled for 180 days after purchase (extension available by request). One free retake is included.

PASSING GRADE LEVEL:

🔹 When you achieve a passing grade of 70% (49/70 marks), we will send you a Certificate (TÜV SÜD BCMS Lead Implementer based on ISO 22301:2019)  issued by our authorized partner TÜV SÜD South Asia.  

🔹 This is a self-study course and you will receive training materials included in your purchase. All registrants are entitled to sit for one additional re-exam at no additional cost. The questions on the re-exam will not all be identical to those on the first exam you participated in.

🔹 Learn 31000 does not guarantee that any registrant will pass this exam and will provide no recourse to those who do not pass other than a second chance to sit for the exam at no additional cost.

HOW TO SCHEDULE:

🔹 You can schedule the exam by logging into your account (created during the purchase process). You will also receive an email with a scheduling link and instructions.

🔹 The exam must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance for any date and time of your choosing.

🔹 While we do not guarantee that the exam can be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate requests that are submitted 48 hours in advance of the new exam date. If you miss your scheduled exam (link will be live for 4 hours), you will not be able to reschedule that exam.
